5 Minute Chunky Guacamole

With whopping amounts of Vitamin E, potassium, and fiber, avocado takes center stage like the rock star it is! This recipe is the ghetto-style quick & chunky version, yet still healthy.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
 ½ bottle of natural salsa (ingredients you can pronounce)
 ½ large red or white onion, chopped
juice of 1/2 lime or splash of apple cider vinegar
optional minced jalapeno pepper
sea salt & pepper to taste

Peel and mash avocado in medium bowl with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

*Purifiers, Serve with a handful of rice crackers or veggies
