With specific focus on digestive organs, self massage helps to revitalize the lymph fluid and promote ample blood flow. (Now that your body has had time to excrete caffeine, sugar, and processed foods, it’s the perfect time to send a relaxing message to the visceral organs) This coupled with nourishing pranayama, we passionately unite the body and soul as it sheds its inessential layers. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after this session.
And since ⅓ of toxins are excreted through the skin, I also recommend dry-brushing twice daily before a shower alternating with cold/hot water a few times.
