Creamy Buddha Milk

Indian spices like turmeric help to fight inflammation, cinnamon is great for controlling blood sugar levels, and coconut oil contains medium chain fats that nourish the body inside & out. Enjoy this warm, creamy health treasure anytime!

 Pour 6-8 oz of unsweetened, full fat coconut milk into a saucepan, add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of cardamon & nutmeg. Add 1 tsp coconut oil and 1/2-1tsp raw honey to taste. Stir well.
